"Hour Glass" - Rose Family Video

The first three families to book a family portrait session within the months of January-April will receive a free family video like this one.

The Rose Family from Mad Marie Photography on Vimeo.

Here is the beautiful Rose Family. They have a spectacular story about love. Julie knew from a very young age that she would never be able to bare her own children. Fortunately, she and Marc were able to adopt these little darlings and are planning to hopefully adopt again soon. Family is such a marvelous gift, whether you are able to bare your own or adopt. But knowing Julie and Marc's story makes you realize that adopting is truly a gift from Heavenly Father to be able to take in these beautiful children and have them touch your lives so incredibly much. The love they have for each other is such a beautiful thing and making this video for them truly touched our hearts. Enjoy.

Lohner Family

With so many fun boys, a spunky dog and darling parents, there is much fun to be had at a family photo shoot. This family rocks and all those boys are so handsome. Let's not forget to mention that their gorgeous mother doesn't get lost in this bunch. They all adore her and it was pretty evident in this fun family session. Here is a sneak peek but there are lots more to come!

"An Unguarded Moment"

There is something about this picture that really stands out to me. It is from a family portrait session this past week but I had to post it. I love the softness in her expression and the way her hair is falling in front of her face in strands. It reminds me of youth and innocence and feeling free. There is my food for thought as I edit away late into the hours of the night.

Jared - Senior Portraits

In the short time I got to spend with Jared during his senior portrait session, it was obvious to see how accomplished and successful of a person he is. From what I have heard, he is an amazing piano player and great in school. This session was lots of fun and I can't wait to post more pictures soon. I wish Jared the best as he leaves High School and moves forward to College.

Drysdale Family

Here is the gorgeous, fun Drysdale Crew. Their two little guys are adorable and so much fun! This was a fun family shoot and I was excited for the opportunity to take their pictures. I especially loved their superman capes! Here is a sneak peek with more to come!

"One Inch Journey"

Once again, I can't tell you how much I love and appreciate returning clients. It's even more fun the second round because the kids remember me and you can tell they are that much more comfortable in front of the camera. This is such a beautiful family and for a second time, I can't tell you how lucky this Dad is to be surrounded by such fun, cute girls. Especially his gorgeous wife. This family is a lot of fun and the shoot went great. Here are some of their pictures.

"But he who kisses the joy as it flies Lives in eternity's sun rise." ~ William Blake (1757 - 1827)

This is one lucky Daddy to be surrounded by such joyful, beautiful girls. This was such a fun shoot, especially with the gorgeous surrounding, and hints of green in the midst of the Autumn colors. Previously, I hadn't met this family before this shoot but I have to say that they are an adorable family and we had a lot of fun. Here is a sneak peek of their cute session.

"Mother- the essence of loveliness,The Beauty of a rose,The sparkle of a dewdrop And sunset's sweet repose."-Lydia M. Johnson

Ashley is one of the greatest mom's I know and I was so happy and privileged to take some pictures of her pregnancy with her husband Mike. Thinking of my own Mother, I love this quote and how Mother truly is the essence of loveliness. I am so amazed by the bond and love that is found in the relationship between Mother and Child and I can't imagine how wonderful it must be to carry and care for that baby for 9 months and then one day finally have the chance to hold that sweet child in your arms. Here are a couple shots from this sweet photosession.

Christina- Senior Portraits

This session was such a blast and made me remember how much fun senior portrait sessions are. This cute Texas girl plays the flute so we had a lot of fun incorporating that part of her life. More pictures to come soon!
